• Provides job match analysis and scoring
• Automates LinkedIn job searches and applications
• Generates applications in multiple languages

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use our service, as it is intended for job seekers.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of all application materials
• Compliance with potential employers' requirements
• Any consequences resulting from the use of generated content

No Accuracy Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, including match scores and job fit analysis.

4. Personal Liability Limitation

Owner Protection: Ruthvick Poornachandra, as the individual owner of AI Job Pal, shall not be held personally liable for:

• Any damages arising from the use of our service
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Job application outcomes or employer responses
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Data breaches or security incidents beyond our control

Any claims shall be limited to the business entity and not extend to personal assets of the owner.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service only for legitimate job seeking purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Review and verify all generated content before submission

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Generate false or misleading application materials
• Spam employers or job boards
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Payment Terms

Current Status: AI Job Pal currently operates on a free tier model. When premium features are introduced:

• Payment processing will be handled through Stripe
• All prices will be displayed in EUR
• Subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually as selected
• Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy

No Hidden Fees: All pricing will be transparent with no hidden charges.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: We retain all rights to our AI technology, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your personal data and uploaded content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.

Generated Content: AI-generated applications are provided for your use. You may use them for job applications but may not redistribute or commercialize them.

9. Service Availability

No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous service availability. Our service may experience:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime
• Technical issues or server problems
• Third-party service interruptions
• Network connectivity issues

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services: We use third-party services (Claude AI, Google Gemini, Supabase, n8n) to provide our service. Your data may be processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law:

• We provide our service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our service
• We are not responsible for job application outcomes
• We are not liable for third-party service failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Delete your account or stop using the service
• By Us: For violation of these Terms or at our discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data according to our retention policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
